The phone won't stop while you work

You're on your knees in front of a door, both hands busy, and the phone starts ringing. Pick it up and you stop the job. Leave it and that customer calls the next locksmith, and you've lost them. By mid-afternoon you've no idea how many jobs slipped away. A locksmith said exactly that to me, and the first tool I built came out of it.

It asks only what matters (what's wrong, where, whether it's urgent) and passes you the contact and the reason already sorted, so you decide where to go first.

It never explains how to open a lock

I built in a safeguard made for your trade: no matter how hard someone pushes, it gives no instructions to force or open anything. Its job is to serve your customers, and it stays well clear of any explanation of how to get in.

It says it's an assistant

It makes clear it's an automated helper and passes the case to you when a person is needed. That keeps you on the right side of the EU transparency rule that applies from 2 August 2026.

Frequently asked

Do I have to change my number or install anything?

No. It runs on the WhatsApp you already use for work. You don't install or configure anything: I set it up and you just review the jobs that come in.

Will it really never explain how to open a lock?

I designed that safeguard specifically for your trade. However hard a user pushes or whatever excuse they make up, the assistant gives no instructions to force or open locks. Its job is to handle your customers' requests, and it stays well clear of any explanation of how to get in.

What happens with my customers' data?

Everything runs in Europe, on Google Vertex AI, and no conversation is used to train anyone. I work with signed data-processing agreements and in line with GDPR.
